Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options within Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you are interested in making an international purchase outside the US or Canada, please email us directly. International shipping times vary by destination and can take 1-4 weeks. Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination. You can view shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping Delays

Shipping Addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
